"This game is nonsensical. Whoa."
Enter the Matrix is squandered potential. Plain and simple. Trying to give an alternative view of the second film, you play as Ghost and Niobe. Not Neo. Basically you’re stuck with background characters that were there for a cup of coffee. While the developers had exclusive film content just for the game, helping further immerse the player into this alternate view of the actions within The Matrix Reloaded, the storytelling quickly takes a backseat to the anemic gameplay structure. While there’s a healthy amount of visual detail, the absurdly goofy running your characters do, the dopey upward jump you perform and other little things quickly add up, deterring much of the satisfaction gained with how Enter the Matrix looks. Combat has plenty of issues as well, as changing targets seems to be more of a chore than anything, as well as the long winded attacks that need to completely finish their animation process in order for you to perform any further actions. Taking into account that you have absolutely no camera control while in third person perspective, and you basically summed up the gist of what cripples Enter the Matrix — the inability to have any lasting or proper controls over your character. The audio is pretty solid all around, and the exclusive film clips are engaging as well, but what really matters — playing the game — feels like someone unplugged me form the matrix. If you want your Matrix fix, look no further than your DVD collection.

Oh come on....you don't need me to caption something like this. I'm sure everyone can come up with their own witty one liner that pertains to the game as a whole!
