So on June 25th, I had headed over to North Brunswick New Jersey in order to check out a NJHalo.com Tournament.
The tournament was recommended to us by our friends over at Gamernook.com. It was as simple as heading over to www.NJHalo.com, entering the address into my GPS, and arriving at Brunswick Zone to witness some intense Halo 3 and Gears of War 2 action.
It was great to sit down with the founder of NJHalo.com (along with NJMaddenBallers.com and KingoftheCouch.com) which all are sponsored by Gamestop. Rod Lane, is your average high school educator who on his off season, becomes an event coordinator for gamers across the east coast; soon spreading down to Texas. In our interview shown above Rod talks to CLGamer.com a little bit about how important tournaments are in respects to getting gamers out of the house to socialize with their own kind and he also gives us a look into NJHalo.com’s history and what is soon to arise from their already popular events.
Thanks again to Rod Lane for having Chocolate Lemon cover the event!
Make sure you guys get out there, we will be watching.
