Mp3 Experiment.

So you ever wondered what I do when i’m not playing games? You’ve probably answered I don’t care and you want to see more Jess anyway which is cool but I’ll tell you anyway. I tend to like to do fun stuff like Streetwars, play basketball or stuff from the internet that seems fun. One of the things that is a consistent and free source of fun is doing ‘missions’ from Improv Everywhere.. Today’s mish was the MP3 experiment 6. Yeah there have been five of them before. I’ve done one I missed another because I was in Japan around the time that they did it. Anyhow I don’t want to steal the buzz or any thunder but you should definitely go check out the site for more details.

For those who don’t know Improv Everywhere was a group started by Charlie Todd.What they do is random awesome events all over. And they seemingly appear out of no where. They do take careful planning and execution. This one(if you’re too lazy to click over) was an mp3 experiment. You download an mp3 but you cannot listen to it until a set time then you follow the instructions. Sometimes they are mundane like wiggle your big toe other time they are instructing you do to a dance. Also there is usually a sete of instructions prior. This one required you to wear a shirt of any one of the following colors red,yellow,blue or green with a white shirt underneath. So getting there today I took up a position by the water and waited to give it a go. I’m sorry for the lack of pictures on my part but as the site’s instructions I really didn’t photograph much. In retrospect I should of taken one more photo because during course of this ‘quest’ I did pass a landmark that is featured in a video game( the abandoned hospital where Nico gets the cocaine from in GTA IV, .)

i wonder what they are here for.

This one told the story of Roosevelt Island similar to the way that the story Peter the Rabbit was told with minor differences of course.What minor differences  lets just say that there was a great battle involving bats and hammers .Fate gave me a weapon so it was my duty to uphold the honor of my side in battle.If you want the full story download the mp3.

I’ve learned today that if i was in a war that used nothing but melee weapons I’d probably use a spear type weapon. Random yes I know but it just feels right (that’s what she said)
