Shape the mind??

So if you purchase games at gamestop and EB games regularly you probably notice the Big TV that advertise games such as my japanese coach and my sat coach and of course (and i have no idea why this is available) My Stop Smoking coach.

The Challenge ill be setting for myself is playing My japanese coach 4 out of 7 days a week to see if I can get some japanese linguo in my head for my trip in august.

If anyone has actually played the My Language Games for DS how did this game affect you and did it help you at all
