HDTV HELP!!!!!!

Recently I’ve been convinced to purchase a new HDTV for various purposes…mainly to get back into games such as beatmania IIDX , Amplitude , Frequency and of course my fighting game titles….but the problem is…

I have no idea which to choose…

My main concern is does LCD or plasma really matter and it needs to have a FAST response time…especially with beatmania IIDX because timing does matter..

At first I came across a nice looking LG (not sure which model) but the response time was 2.7 ms with 120 hz technology LCD HDTV..

Then after searching through beatmania IIDX boards alot of players have purchased the Panasonic TH-46PZ85U…. What also came to my attention was Arcade infinity in California uses a 40 inch version of this HDTV for their beatmania IIDX machine.

Not only that…this HDTV has a sick feature which keeps images from burning into the HDTV…and also has auto motion tuning (one feature which removes motion blurring in games such as gears of war while rodey running) for a crisp clean look

If anyone who plays games from NES ->PS3 , wii 360 and has experience with HDTV’s please help me out immediately…your help will be appreciated ^_^
