My Top 10 Games for 2008 and Top 3 Fails

After reading Game Informers article for the top 50 games of 2008 I decided to do my own smaller version. My top 10 games of 2008 and it would not be complete without the top 3 fails of 2008. Please feel free to comment with your own list of wins and fails. Hope you Enjoy!

TOP 10 GAMES

1.  Metal Gear Solid 4 (The best game I have played on the ps3 thus far)

2. Gears of War 2(Horde Mode)

3. Devil May Cry 4(Playing as Nero was actually fun)

4. Final Fantasy Crisis Core(Brought back the use of Materia)

5. Grand Theft Auto 4(GPS…means actually having a reason to complete missions)

6. Prince of Persia(Made exploration fun and not tedious)

7. WipeOut HD(Zone Mode is Simply the Best!)

8. RockBand 2( More great fun and great music)

9. Left 4 Dead(4 people coop play)

10. Patapon(Took music based games to a new level)

Top 3 Fails

1. X-Box 360 Red Ring of Death ( Sad that almost everyone I know with a X-Box 360 has had to replace it at least once)

2. PS3 Home(Beautiful but fail…..Gamers do not want to wait on line to play a game in a virtual arcade)

3. PS3 Game Titles(Where are all the chart topping hits?, My favorite system was a major disappointment this year. Can they redeem themselves?)

      You forgot LittleBigPlanet as one of the top 10 games of 2008. And I agree PS3 Home is a major fail. I admit seeing a bunch of guy clones flirting with one sexy girl avatar can be amusing. But the fact that the sexy girl avatar is probably another dude is a mega FAIL!!

      Yea I knew someone was gonna say that xD. I didn’t put it because I was in the beta but never bought it or even played it afterward. I do think it is an achievement though definitely worth being noted. : ) Thanks for your comment : ) Sexy girl avi’s that are guys are scary and so major fail is right ;_; …

      Just remember,that unless you know them IRL,there are no girls on the internet. Dudes are dudes,chicks are dudes,and little girls are the police.
